- what has already happened;
- the result you are seeking;
- any important deadlines, court proceedings, authorities involved or decisions already made.
If you have documents directly related to your question, you may attach them to your email.
You do not need to provide sensitive personal data in your initial request unless it is necessary for me to understand and make a preliminary assessment of your situation.
